However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

2.2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions will be updated and changed from time to time as required by Velpa Malta Trading Limited. Any such amendments will be notified to You in advance and You must re-confirm your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions before such changes enters into effect. Players shall not be allowed to play unless they accept the new terms and conditions, but shall be allowed to withdraw their deposits.

5.3. PERSONAL INFORMATION

When registering, You must give a valid identification, address, contact e-mail and personal telephone number. All information supplied must be accurate and complete in all respects. Velpa Malta Trading Limited. reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or by contacting You via e-mail. All letter correspondence will be discreet and the envelope will not display any reference to Velpa Malta Trading Limited. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Velpa Malta Trading Limited.

5.4. ACCURACY

You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If any details are inaccurate, please contact Velpa Malta Trading Limited. Player services on support@mountgold.com.

5.5. ACTIVATION

All applicants may be sent an email or sms to the registered email address or phone number for account activation. All accounts may be activated through this email or sms. If this is not completed, Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.

5.6. ACCEPTANCE

By registering an account, You are deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, Terms and Conditions displayed on the Website by Velpa Malta Trading Limited. We recommend that all Players print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies. It is also recommended that You peruse the section related to Rules and Regulation of the Games. Please note that Velpa Malta Trading Limited does not undertake to keep previous versions of these Terms and Conditions or other documentation available.

5.7. ACCOUNT DORMANCY

Accounts will become dormant after 30 months. Any player with a balance will be contacted 30 days before the account goes dormant with a view to returning any remaining funds. Dormancy will be determined by the last time a bet was placed. Velpa Malta Trading Limited will not charge any dormancy fees.

Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority

5.8. INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Velpa Malta Trading Limited prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.

5.9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to refuse Your registration and to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion. However, any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

5.10. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

If you wish to close Your account, please follow the instructions on the Website or contact Velpa Malta Trading Limited via our Live Chat. Please be prepared to identify yourself via personal identification documentation.

5.11. RECOVERING OF FUNDS

If you wish to recover funds held in Your dormant, or excluded account, You are requested to contact Player Services on support@mountgold.com.

5.12. ACCOUNT SECURITY

the player shall be responsible in keeping his log in details secure, and the security of any linked email address, and the security (password protected, locked screen, etc.) of any personal computer or device on which the player account is accessible, and that the licensee shall not be held responsible if there is unauthorised use of the account when the licensee itself is not at fault. 

6. DEPOSITS / WITHDRAWALS

6.1. DEPOSITS/WITHDRAWALS METHODS

You may fund your account via Neteller, Skrill, Trustly, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Sofort, Bank transfer, Interac, or Zimpler. We may change these payment methods when necessary, and cannot guarantee that all payment options will be available at all times. We also have the right to accept payment methods according to whether they fulfill certain conditions. The minimum deposit is 10 EUR 15 CAD 100 NOK. The maximum deposit depends on method but is from 500 EUR 500 CAD 5000 NO to 5000 EUR 1000 CAD 10,000 NOK per transaction.

The minimum withdrawal is 10 EUR 15 CAD 100 NOK. The maximum withdrawal depends on method but is 5000 EUR 10,000 CAD 100,000 NOK per transaction and 10,000 EUR 15,000 CAD, 100,000 NOK per day.

6.2. IDENTIFICATION CHECKS

Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Driver's License documents confirming permanent address and usual residence. Velpa Malta Trading Limited will request verification at the very latest when customer reaches €2,000 in deposits or withdrawals, whichever is reached earliest.

6.3. IDENTITY CHECKS

Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to run checks on all players with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

6.4. WITHDRAWALS

Any withdrawals that are made will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and the name must correspond to the name registered. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. Please note that any withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process. But this will not take longer than 5 days.Withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours of request. Bank transfers and Card transactions can take up to 3 working days while e-wallet transfers are usually instant.

6.5. UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS

6.6 REFUNDS

If you wish, you may request a deposit to be refunded back to the original payment instrument provided that the funds from the said deposit are still available on your account balance. Velpa Malta Trading Limited. reserves the right to charge a 5% (five percent) fee of the transactional value, but no less than 10 EUR (ten) for administrative and processing fees for the refund, which will be deducted from your account balance and in case of no balance on the account the fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. You acknowledge that refunds are done in exceptional circumstances and processing of refunds is entirely at Velpa Malta Trading Limited’s discretion. Please note that any refund may experience a slight delay due to technical processing time. But this will not take longer than 5 days. All deposits should be wagered at least one time before requesting a withdrawal.

7. BONUSES

7.1. SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.

The brand names relating to Velpa Malta Trading Limited Brands, including but not limited to .com and any other trademarks, service marks and/or trade names used by Velpa Malta Trading Limited (the ‘Trade Marks’) are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of Velpa Malta Trading Limited who reserves all rights to such Trade Marks. By using the Software, Services or Websites, You hereby acknowledge that You obtain no rights in the Trade Marks or the content and You may only use the same in complete accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9.2. The Software, Services or Website may contain functionality whereby the User may post or publish text, images, videos or other copyright protectable material (‘User Generated Content’). By posting or publishing User Generated Content, you warrant that you have acquired any and all rights necessary for Yours and Velpa Malta Trading Limited use and reproduction of such User Generated Content. In addition, You hereby grant to Velpa Malta Trading Limited a license to use User Generated Content for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and You shall indemnify and keep Velpa Malta Trading Limited harmless from and against any third party claims relating to Velpa Malta Trading Limited use of User Generated Content (or part thereof). Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content which (in Velpa Malta Trading Limited view) risk infringing third party rights, these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

10. USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS (‘BOTS’) AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE

10.1. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE AND BOTS

The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided by the Velpa Malta Trading Limited is illegal.

10.2. NON-PERMITTED SOFTWARE

The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games offered by Velpa Malta Trading Limited or player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player’s funds.

10.3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Velpa Malta Trading Limited shall take all necessary measure in case of player collusion, use and/or abuse of a bug, bot or any other form of artificial intelligence from a Player as blocking of the Player account, freezing of the funds and reserve the right to legal proceedings.

11. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, ETC

11.1. INTERRUPTIONS

Velpa Malta Trading Limited is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Velpa Malta Trading Limited is not liable for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website.

11.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to Velpa Malta Trading Limited wilful misconduct or gross negligence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Velpa Malta Trading Limited is only liable for direct damages caused due to Velpa Malta Trading Limited negligence and not for any indirect damages arising out of and in any way connected with Your use of, or inability to use the Software, Services or Websites.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Velpa Malta Trading Limited liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

11.3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services and Websites are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and Velpa Malta Trading Limited makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. Velpa Malta Trading Limited makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You. In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to You as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question

11.4. MISCARRIED AND/OR ABORTED GAMES

In the event of miscarried and/or aborted games, the game is terminated, all wagers are void and the amount of the wager is refunded to Your account.

11.5. SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION

Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd or paytable, any applicable bet/bets are void and balance will be returned back to original balance before placing the bet.

11.6. LIMIT ON WAGERS

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from Your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to Your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from You shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on a Website or Your equipment) voids all pays and plays. 11.7. RIGHT TO VOID

Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void

13. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS

13.2. OFFER RECALL

We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Velpa Malta Trading Limited promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. 14. COLLECTION OF WINNINGS

Winnings are added in the selected currency for Your account to the cleared balance of Your account. Velpa aims to communicate the complaint resolution to You within 10 working days from when you submitted the complaint. However, in special circumstances the complaint may have to be escalated and analysed at a more complex level. In this case, we will inform You of the reason for extension before the first 10 working days have passed, and that the response may be extended by no more than another 10 working days. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of Your use of the Services shall be finally settled by the Alternative Dispute Resolution body.

16.4. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

In the case where any complaint or dispute has not been solved to Your satisfaction, you have the right to lodge a complaint with:

• the Malta Gaming Authority, on support.mga@mga.org.mt. 

However, the Company encourages players to first exhaust our complaint procedure.Players will have the option of lodging a dispute with the ADR entity free of charge.Regardless whether the player lodged a complaint to either the ADR entity or the Malta Gaming Authority, this does not affect the player’s right to bring proceedings against the Company in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Velpa Malta Trading Limited is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

17.2. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE

Velpa Malta Trading Limited does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

17.3. NO ARBITRAGE

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Velpa Malta Trading Limited and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Velpa Malta Trading Limited deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification

17.4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Velpa Malta Trading Limited and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. Velpa Malta Trading Limited will conduct 'know your customer controls' as required under law. You will not use the Software, Services or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means and Velpa Malta Trading Limited checks all transactions to prevent money laundering activities. If Velpa Malta Trading Limited has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we will comply with all our responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes, but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, Velpa Malta Trading Limited is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Velpa Malta Trading Limited shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.

18. OTHER

18.1. ACCEPTANCE

By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by means of the Website and You are fully responsible for any such loss. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against Velpa Malta Trading Limited or any white label partner or their respective directors, officers or employee

18.2. ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

Employees of Velpa Malta Trading Limited, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the game.

18.3. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you.  Any balance in the your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your account and/or sent to the You by cheque. However, Velpa Malta Trading Limited reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in a casino account in any of the following circumstances:

If You have more than one active account for the Services;

If the name on Your account does not match the name on the payment account (s) used to make deposits on an account;

If You participate in a promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;

If You are not of legal age;If You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Services is prohibited by law;

If You have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on Your Casino account;

By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Services, You consent for Your name to be used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

In registering a practice or real account, You hereby consent to us contacting You through any and all means of communication (whether in written or verbal form and including, but not limited to email, telephone and SMS) in respect of matters relating to Your account. 18.6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between You and Velpa Malta Trading Limited and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between You and Velpa Malta Trading Limited with regards to playing at the Casino. Please also note Section 2.3 concerning amendments of these Terms and Conditions.

18.7. IRREGULAR PLAY
